We know her, we love her and she has always been there for our beloved President Barack Obama. He said it himself, without her help and support, he would not have been able to make it to the White House. With her impressionant character, Michelle Obama calls herself a mother, a citizen, a professional and appears unfazed by questions about her choices.

When asked questions about cooking, Michelle said: "Yeah, you know, cooking isn't one of my huge things. My view on this stuff is I'm just trying to be myself, trying to be as authentic as I can be. I can't pretend to be somebody else."

As far as her professional career is concerned, she says: "Barack and I have lived very separate professional lives. He has done his thing, I do my thing. And my focus is on figuring out what is the right thing for me to do given where I am in my life, where my kids are."

It is therefore not surprising to hear that Michelle Obama's approval rate is very good, higher than her husband's, even.

Actually in a USA TODAY/Gallup Poll, 79 percent of people polled say they approve the way the First Lady is handling the job. Barack Obama as for him got 65percnt approval, which is not bad.

These scores are due to the fact that Democrats predominantly approve Barack Obama while most of the Republicans don't. However, Michelle Obama crosses party lines. Almost every Democrat expresses approval, 94perffent and, among Republicans, her approval rating is 64 percent. In spite of the fact that it has been a huge sacrifice for her to give up her job, Michelle Obama still thinks that she has "the best job in the White House."

Good luck, then, to Michelle Obama and may God help her in her functions.
