Some of you may have noticed an immobile, yet rather alluring, lady at a few of the campus events around Southwest Minnesota State University.  That unattainable woman is Mustang Sally.  She is a manikin purchased by the Student Activities Committee (SAC), to promote their various events. 

Mustang Sally hails from New Jersey, originally, which accounts for her unparalleled beauty and stuck-up personality.  She cost $150.00 from eBay, "…a bargain for a manikin," said Stephanie Winters, coordinator for SAC. 

"She will be at most indoor SAC events," said Brittany Bolton, Recreation and Travel Chair of SAC. "We plan on getting a cart to make her easier to move." 

Mustang Sally is not to be mistaken with her manikin-like counterpart, who can be found in the food court area advertising the Nearly Naked Mile.  Sally will be available to have pictures taken with her at the SAC events which she attends.  Events such as Hawaiian-Night, where photo key-chains will be available and free pictures.  If you feel the urge to be creepy and need to purge your obsessive infatuation with this inanimate object, Mustang Sally has her own Facebook account.  Add her as a friend and get arrested for something strange, as weird people are liable to do, when not busying themselves befriending manikins on the internet.
